We are renovating. When should waterproofing happen in the project?
During, not after. Membranes and details go in while surfaces are accessible — retrofitting waterproofing after finishes are complete costs more and performs worse. We work alongside builders on exactly this.
Do you do smaller jobs, like one leaking parapet?
Yes — detail repairs are welcome. We fix them as miniature systems (prep, primer, reinforcement, topcoat) so the repair outlasts the surrounding roof instead of failing next season.
